Note:
- The pre-conference workshop includes a Registration Kit, High Tea, Lunch, and a certificate.
- Limited to 30 participants per workshop on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The pre-conference workshop fee does not include the main conference fee.
- No accommodation will be provided.
Expo:
An expo will be organized during the conference to showcase activities of Ayush startups, industries, and partners. This will be an opportunity for startups to present their products to students, investors, and conference attendees.
Guidelines for Abstract and Paper Submission:
- Abstracts must be submitted in a structured IMRD format with title, authors, affiliations, and 3-5 keywords.
- The abstract should not exceed 500 words and must be submitted by 25th September 2024 to aiia.aroha2024@gmail.com.
- Selected abstracts will be notified by 30th September 2024. Full papers must be submitted by 10th October 2024.
Poster Presentation:
- Posters must be submitted by 10th October 2024 and should follow the provided specifications.
- The soft copy of the poster should be sent to aiia.aroha2024@gmail.com.
