  • CANDIDATES TO ENSURE THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE POST:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate should possess the following:-
(i) A degree in Ayurvedic/Unani System of Medicine from any University or institution recognized by thc Govemment’
(ii) Six years experience as Chikitsak (Physician)/Resident Physician (Ayurvedic/Unani) or eight years experience as Ayurvedic Medical Officer/Unani Medical Officer in a dispensary/hospital run by Govemment or any reputed or well organized private agency after attainment of minimum basic qualifications.
(iii) Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric standard or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Education.
Preferential: Doctor of Medicine in Ayurvcda or Post Graduate in Ayurveda’

Notes:-

  • The eligibility of the candidate with regard to educational qualifications and experience etc. shall be determined with reference to the closing Date flxed for submission ol-online application forms’
  • All applicants must fulfil the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement on the closing Date. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for various posts. No enquiry asking for advice as to eligibility will be entertained.
(iii) The certificates/ documents in support of the claim should be possessed by the candidates on or before the Closing Date. The certificates issued after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Commission’
 (iv) The improvement in marks clone by a candidate after the closing Date shall not be considered for any purpose in this recruitment’
(v)ln respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications,if acandidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per. the advertisement, then the candidate is required to produce order/letter in this regard, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, otherwise the application is liable to be rejected.
(vi) The prescribed essential clualifications, are the minimum and mere .- possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
 (vii) The Experience Certificate in respect ofexperience gained in Govt’ sector should contain the details of post held, pay scale & salary drawn’ period of & { 4 appointment, nature of appointment, duties performed, place of posting etc. l’he Experience Certificate submitted in respect of the experience gained in private organizations should contain information as per performa at Annexure-I to prove its genuineness. The relevant supporting documents as mentioned in the foot note of Annexure-I should be uploaded along with the lrxperience certitrcate by the candidates. ‘fhe relevance and genuineness of the experience will be decided by the commission based on the certificates and documents submitted by the candidate only and, thereforc. the candidate should upload all the relevant documents to prove the genuineness of his experience certificate’ Part time experience will not be considered. The experience acquired after the minimum essential qualification will only be considered. No experience other than claimed in the online application form, will be considered
(viii) In the event of number of applications being large, Commission will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interviewtoareasonablenumberbyanyormoreofthefollowing methods:-
 (a) On the basis of perccntage of marks of the candidates in the minimum educational quatification prescribed in the advertisement.
(b) on the basis of percentage of marks of the candidates in different educational qualifications, with weightage as decided by the Commission.
(c) On the basis of desirable qualifications or any one or all of the desirable qualifications if more than one desirable qualification is prescribed.
(d) On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum/essential qualification prescribed in the advertisement.
(.) On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement By counting experience before or after the acquisition of minimum/essential qualifications
(g) By holding a Recruitment Test. The candidate should, therefore, mention all his/her qualifications and 1 5 experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications.

Rs. 9300-34800+ G.P. 5400 + NPA (Level FPL-9)

SERVICE RULES OF THE POST/S:

 ELIGIBILITYCONDITIONS (NATIONALITY):
The eligibility conditions for this recruitment are as follows:
The candidate must be a citizen of India, or
The candidate must be a subject of Nepal, or
The candidate must be a subject of Bhutan, or
The candidate must be a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
The candidate must be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Candidates belonging to categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) need to have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Candidates who require a certificate of eligibility can still be admitted to the examination, but the offer of appointment will be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate is issued by the Government of India.

Reservation:

Reservation benefits are only applicable to SC/PH category candidates who are domiciles of Haryana.
Women candidates seeking reservation under SC/BC-A/BC-B category should submit a caste certificate issued by the competent authority from the paternal side (father’s side) only. Certificates from in-laws (husband’s side) will not be accepted.
Backward Classes candidates (BC-A/BC-B) should upload the latest/updated certificate issued by the competent authority as per the specified notification.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories can apply for general category posts if no reserved posts are available, provided they meet the eligibility conditions except for the fee, and attach a caste certificate for fee concession.

Vacancies and Categories:

If vacancies earmarked for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) cannot be filled due to a lack of suitable EWS candidates, the vacancies will be filled from the General/Unreserved category.
Reserved category candidates from other states will compete against General/Unreserved category posts.

Age Verification:

Matriculation certificate or equivalent academic certificate is the only acceptable document for age verification.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the Employer:

Employees who have executed a bond with the government or joined another government organization after submitting the application need to provide NOC from the employer.
