AIIA NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE YOGA E-POSTER COMPETITION : 2023

The International Day of Yoga is celebrated Worldwide on 21st June every year, to create awareness about Indian Wisdom of Yoga for Health and Wellness, Happiness, and Peace.

The 9^th International Day of Yoga 2023 is being celebrated in All India Institute of Ayurveda, Goa which is Satellite Institute of All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi.

As a part of celebration of 9^th International Yoga Day 2023, All India Institute of Ayurveda, Satellite Institute, Goa has organized a National Level Online Yoga E-Poster Competition : 2023 for Ayurveda Students and Graduates all over the India to inspire emerging

Ayurveda students to study Yogic Wisdom of India and to inculcate a Yogic Research Environment amongst the Ayurveda Graduates.

DETAILS OF AIIA NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE YOGA E-POSTER COMPETITION: 2023

Category 2 : Ayurveda Students	BAMS First Year to Internee Student from all over India	YOGA FOR DISEASES (Create a Scientific and Holistic Therapeutic Yoga Module for any disease or a group of diseases or a disorder)	I : Rs. 7,000/-, II : Rs. 4,000/-, III : Rs. 3,000/-

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF YOGA E-POSTER COMPETITION : 2023

1. Submission of Entry : Only Online submission of entry through the Google form link provided in Brochure / Flyer is mandatory to all participants.
2. Submission Fee : No fee in both

7. Format of E-Poster : As per the PPT Template provided in the google form
8. Font Name : As per the PPT Template (Tahoma)
9. Font Size : As per PPT Template / Appropriate font size so that the topic is best
10. Text Colour : Use only Black color to fill the data inside PPT Template.
11. Presentation of Poster : Use Key words / Bullets like in a standard PPT format..

• Ayurveda Graduates must upload BAMS Degree in PDF format and Ayurveda Students must upload Valid Proof of their BAMS Candidature in PDF format asked in the Google
• Participants must upload PPT of his/her E-Poster in the upload Link Tab provided in the Google form with his/her personal details asked in the Google
• Participants must upload a separate PDF of his/her E -Poster in the upload Link Tab provided in the Google form without his/her personal details asked in the Google

15. Starting Date of submission of Entries : 1^st June 2023 from 10
16. Last date of submission of Entries : 15^th June 2023 till 5pm.

17.       Valid Entries :

• Only one entry per participant is allowed in any of the 2
• In case of multiple Authors, only corresponding Author Name should be included in E-Poster.
• The entry should be Copied entries will not be considered.
• Participants must make sure that their personal details like Name, Designation, College Address, E-mail, Mobile etc. asked in Google Form are accurate and updated since AIIA would be using only this information for further communication.

18.       Invalid Entries :

• Entries submitted through any medium/mode rather than google form
• A participant submitting more than one entry will be considered as
• Any kind of problem on world wide web or in software or in submission process.
• Mention of any of the personal information of the participant like Name/e-mail/ Mobile number in any mode anywhere in the body of E-Poster will lead to disqualification.
• At any stage of evaluation, if an entry is found to violate the guidelines, will be removed from evaluation process without giving any intimation or any type of communication.
• Entry with Any king of Data (Words, Lines, Images, Photos etc.) copy pasted from world wide web or if plagiarized will be straight away rejected.

• The entries from each category will be reviewed by a team of expert judges constituted by competent authority, All India Institute of
• In case of multiple authors, only corresponding Author will be awarded
• No requests relating to claims of re-evaluation of the entries will be considered in any case.
• The decision of scientific committee and competent authority, All India Institute of Ayurveda will be final in case of any circumstances.
• Prize (DD, Certificate, and Memento) will be given to the declared winner physically at AIIA, Goa Campus on 21^st June 2023 from 7 am onwards.
• No Travel / Food /Accommodation facility will be provided to the winners of

25. The decisions taken by competent authority; All India Institute of Ayurveda will be final in case of any circumstances and mandatory to all the participants.
