Eligibility

·         Teachers and Research Associates working in the field of Ayurveda Manuscriptology

·         Teaching Faculty of Ayurveda Samhita & Maulik Siddhanta working in recognized Ayurveda Institute with Teacher Code.

·         Teachers who have already attended any CME in the year 2023 will not be eligible.

Procedure to Apply

·         Fill the enclosed Application Form, duly recommended by Head of the Institute. Scan the form and make a PDF file.

·         Fill the Google Form and attach the documents wherever mentioned.

·        

·         Last date to fill submit the Google Form with all the attachments: 18-01-2024.

Note:

1.      A copy of the filled Google form will be auto sent to your mail.

2.      Google Form will be accepted subjected to attachment of relevant documents.

3.      After submission through Google Form, Hard Copies should be sent to Head of Dept. of Manuscriptology, National Institute of Ayurveda (DU), Jaipur via registered post.

·         Selection of the candidates will be done as per RAV guidelines

The priority will be given to-

ü  Teachers and Research Associates working in the field of Ayurveda Manuscriptology

ü  Teachers working in the field of Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhant

ü  Teachers who have attended less number of CME.

ü  Teachers on the basis of seniority in service.

Selection Criteria/

Priority

·         Selected participants will be informed by email on or before 22-01-2024.

Payment of TA

·         Actual fare or up to the rail fare of AC 2 tier class, whichever is less, will be paid.

·         Payment of TA & journey DA will be made only at the end of the program.

·         Food expenses during journey up to maximum Rs. 175/day is payable on production of bills.

·         No food expenses will be paid if journey is made by Shatabdi / Rajdhani / Duronto trains.

·         Payments will be made directly to the bank account by electronic transfer.

·         Reimbursement of the journey performed by road is permissible for the places which are not connected by rail.

·         The road mileage will be limited to 2 AC rail charges or actual claim, whichever is lower.

·         Please be noted that TATKAL or DYANAMIC PRICING Train Tickets will not be reimbursed.

·          The payment of TA and food bills shall be made only on production of original tickets/bills.

Lodging & Boarding

The trainees will be provided the best possible lodging and boarding facility within the budget limits of the CME.

Attendance

Full attendance is mandatory

Certificate

Will be issued in the valedictory program on the last day of CME, subjected to fulfilment of full attendance.
