Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, NIA is going to organize a 6 days CME programme. This CME is
sponsored by the Ministry of Ayush and co-ordinated by Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth New Delhi. |
request you to kindly depute one teacher/scientist from your Institute/organization for this purpose. The
number of trainees are limited to Thirty. Please send the filled application form on
niarsbkcme2024@gmail.com till 20/01/2024. The details of the CME and Application Form are annexed
for you and also available on NIA website www.nia.nic.in.

Eligibility of Trainees °

Faculty of RS&BK/ Scientist working in recognized Ayurveda College/
Research Institute, who have done MD (Rasa Shastra & Bhaishajya
Kalpana).

Participants who have already attended 2 CME programmes in
the year 2023-2024 will not be eligible.

Payment of TA

Lodging and Boarding

Eligible teachers/scientist can apply by filling in the enclosed
Application Form and then duly recommended by Head of the Institute.
Duly filled in application form along self-certified copies of
Educational

Qualification and Aadhaar Card should reach to Head, Department of
Rasashastra& BK, National Institute of Ayurveda, Amer Road, Jaipur
302002 (Raj) on before 5 pm of 20/01/2024.

The applicant before sending the application should super scribe the
envelope containing the application with “Application for RS & BK
CME”.

Applications which are incomplete and received after due date will not
be considered.

The applicant can scan the entire application and send it to
niarsbkcme2024@gmail.com as an advance copy.

Guidelines of RAV CME scheme will be applicable.

e Selected participants will be informed by email before 25/01/2024.
Actual fare or up to the rail fare of AC 2 tier class, whichever is less.
Payment of TA & journey DA will be made only at the end of the
programme.

Food expenses during journey upto maximum Rs. 175/ is payable on
production of bills. No food expenses will be paid if journey is madeby
Shatabdi / Rajdhani / Duronto trains.

Payments will be made directly to the bank account by electronic
transfer.

Reimbursement of the journey performed by road is permissible for the
places which are not connected by rail. The road mileage will be
limited to 2 AC rail charges or actual claim, whichever is lower.

Please be noted that TATKAL of DYANMIC Pricing Train will not
be reimbursed.

The payment of TA and food bills hall be made only on production of
original tickets.

The trainees will be provided the best possible lodging and boarding
facility within the budget limits of the CME.
