Peer Review Policy
The International Journal of Ayurveda360 is a reputable scientific journal dedicated to advancing research in Ayurveda and integrated medical sciences. We adhere to the highest standards of peer review integrity to ensure fair, unbiased, and timely evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Our policy aligns with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and recognized best practice guidelines.
Peer Review Process
We follow a double-anonymous peer review process:
-
Author and reviewer identities are concealed throughout the process.
-
2–3 expert reviewers are assigned to each manuscript, with additional reviewers consulted as needed for technical or specialized areas.
-
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision, based on reviewer feedback and editorial criteria.
Manuscripts are evaluated on:
-
Novelty of the research
-
Methodological soundness
-
Conceptual significance
-
Relevance to the journal's scope
Editorial Review
Before peer review, all submissions undergo initial editorial screening for:
-
Scope alignment
-
Formatting and quality standards
-
Ethical compliance
Submissions that pass this screening are forwarded to external reviewers. In certain cases, Editorial Board members (e.g., Associate Editors, Senior Editors) may act as reviewers to expedite the process or provide subject-specific insights.
Peer Review Timeline
We aim for an efficient and transparent review process:
